I am wondering, why, on this forum, no thread is dedicated to Appreciate these two MAJOR factors for holding such Big Election (More than 60% turnout) + No major “Aman o Amaan” disorder, and off course this could not be done without Pakistan Army.

I could not have imagined a free and fairer election than May 11th 2013.

This one should go down as one of the least democratic elections of all time.
Dhandli everywhere. MQM and PMLN rigging, violence across many constituencies, Karachi NA250 where voters weren't allowed in.

PMLN would have taken most of the seats anyway, but still, with regards to principles.
ECP did a shitty job.

For what ??

To allow open rigging in Karachi and all over Punjab ?

Even secretary election commission said that it is better not to hold elections in Karachi than be allowed with rigging.

Three Cheers election commission and Pak Army !!! For denting the trust of the Pakistani people in state institutions. This is the worst thing that has happened with this open rigging. People had come out to vote in large numbers, only to learn that some carrying guns and capability to cheat are in command. This is really worrying for the country. If people loose their association with country then we are doomed.
