Its only logical that a country with such extensive poverty, the poor will have to relieve themselves in the open...Unfortunate but true!

As people come out of poverty and education level increases. this should change...
The government for its part should build more public toilets, but then again, if a poor person doesnt have money to feed himself, I find it hard to believe that he/she will spend a rupee to use public facilities...

We remember Jinnah claiming to create Pakistan as a safe haven for muslims of the subcontinent....turns out Pakistan ended up becoming a safe passage to heaven for muslims instead...
