Indeed they did and so did the Russians but it seems that it didn’t go well in the anti Asad coalition. even if the West has sent few planes after ISIS oil trade, its been too little and too late and seems like an afterthought.
it is understandable that the lives of Syrians and Iraqis dont mean much for the West and their GCC allies but innocent civilians in the west pay with their lives for such mindset.
