Absolutely zero chance of that. You see nukes are the ultimate defensive weapon. It frees you from strategic limitations and gives you operational freedom.
Established nuke powers would not wish any country to achieve such freedom and allow it to either leave it's sphere of dependence, challenge status quo or setup new power centres.
It does not matter how much money you have, nukes won't be available for purchase until something better comes along.
Chinese would never sell nukes to SA, even Pakistan is a long shot.
Saudi Arabia does not have any nukes, nor really does it have the technical manpower to create one yet as such the continuous begging to the US to sort out the Iranians.
Saudi Arabias history is pay others to fight it's battle or commit illigality and then pay its way out... unfortunately there are severe limitations to such an shortsighted policy as it has seen in Yemen, rise of ISIS, failed qatar blockade, rise of Iran, khashogi affair just to name a few.
