The UNSC classifies the Houthi militia as a terrorist group

Soviet was a foreign invading force in afghanistan. Whereas in yemen, on either side people claim to be muslims. Role of foreign intervention by either side has to be to help mediate, not takes sides with one at the expense of other.
You got it right. Soviets were invading force in Afghanistan, What are Saudis doing to Yemen blocking foreign aid and bombarding Yemen. Who gave the right , if Houthis are terrorist then answer me this what are Saudi and its alliance in this situation.
According to your logic Ukrainians who are picking up arms must also be terrorist?

I didn't takes sides with anyone. But its not just saudis, iranians are as much of a problem if not more. Saudi involvement in any country is not to the extent where it incites militancy, not at least until its role in syria crisis. Whereas iran has an active policy of encouraging militancy, based on sectarian identity, long before syria crisis. How can iran justify its support for militant insurgency in Baluchistan.

As far as yemen is concerned, yemen is primarily an arab country. Iran shouldn't have tried to influence or manipulate internal politics in the first place. And if there was any doubt about iranian involvement in yemen based on its own geopolitical interest, the blind support for houthis has very badly exposed iran. And houthis were unreasonable when turned down the offer to negotiate the solution, this offer was made when current american president were elected into office in 2020. Houthis position/role in yemen is same as comedian president of ukraine. Both willful and arrogant at the expense of people.

Bro, we are talking about Yemen not Arabs in general. Houtis happen to have support of Yemen local most of them are Yemeni citizens as well. I am not supporting Iran/Saudis because this rivalry will last for a long time. But any direct approach or action taken by some other country is un-acceptable. I mean why is UAE or anyother Arab country is getting involved in some other country problem and using their influence on international stage to declare someone terrorist.

Concept of sovereign or national identity based on particular name of country is not as strong or well developed among arabs as in many other areas of the world. So arabs impose/interfere in each others countries based on this shared arab identity. Recent isolation of qatar for pursuing a policy that didn't align with ksa or uae is an example of that. Maybe I can compare it to member of a family vigorously arguing for a particular choice for another member of family even though conceptually second member is free to make choices for itself. So arab identity is relevant in the context of yemen.

Ideally each country should be free topursue its policy including foreign policy, chosing who it wants to be friends with. Where such a policy gives the impression that it is being pursued at the expense of other, other country will react based on its capacity and ability. Most relevant and obvious is example is that of ukraine. Even though ukraine is free to decide to join usa/nato, but where it gave the impression that such friendship is being developed at the expense of russia, it were invaded.

I am not defending what uae/ksa did by invading yemen, rather it exposes incompetence and ignorance/arrogance on the part of these countries. But houthi iran nexus were always going to give the impression that such a relation is being developed at the expense of ksa, particularly since iran has history of using other muslim countries for its geopolitical games.

To sum it up, houthis didn't do enough to distance themselves from iran whereby removing the impression that iran is manipulating yemen against ksa. On the other hand, ksa must also be condemned for acting unilaterally and reacting excessively. And iran must be condemned for its role not only in yemen but many other muslim countries as well where it takes advantage of rifts in other muslim countries and exacerbates them for its personal, selfish gain.

Stop your lies, KSA and UAE hitting thousands of civilians target for years and years.....
I didnt say a word about that. You dont know read.
No matter if KSA and/or UAE does this or that.
Houthis are terrorist because they attack civilians targets, that's all.

Just to make a correction. The Soviets / USSR did not invade in the fashion of NATO+GCC invading Iraq, Libya and Syria. The USSR came into Afghanistan to assist the progressive Afghan government who, along with the citizens, were facing attacks by local and international non-state criminals assisted by Western governments and their allies. I see regular statements on PDF of "Oh, the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan". That wasn't the case.

Well Afghanistan isn't an Arab country but was messed up by Saudi madders, the same for Bosnia but Saudis were active there .... so the idea that Yemen is Arab and other have no right to be active there is meaningless ... American in no way are Arab and has occupied bombed Arab countries left and right for the past several decades but we don't see these the so-called Arabs make any complain but when it comes to Iran these are Arab countries .... that must be a joke ... in the real world countries are not divided as Arab and Persian or Turk but as individual entities that's why even Arab neighbor of Qatar imposed blockade on it during Ramadan.
In first month after Saudis coalition starting invasion of Yemen , Iran proposed 4-steps solution which was ceasefire, humanitarian aid , Yemeni Yemeni talks and at last unity government which fell under deaf ears, beside Iran strongly advised Houthis to not take over Saana which they did eventually which these 2 indicate two things that Iran was not after such a war and also Hothis make decision on their own , when our offers were neglected and we saw continues bombardment of this country we started to side with them .... Saudis successfully turned a political turmoil to a devastating war with not result, we always tried to end the war but as we know Saudis are not independent to make such a decision, this war machine can not continue bombing Yemen without political, intelligence and military support of the American and EU ... at the end Saudis has invaded Yemen for the past 7 years and none of their goals have been achieved and the only reason is Yemenis resistance.

it was the houthis who rebelled against yemeni govt and seized the capital, hence they are terrorists. saudis got lucky and got a chance to to spread their influence by helping the yemeni govt.

yeeeah, the "progressive" govt murdered and pillaged even its allies; the other commie faction. you really are high on weed.

.
UNSC is a useless organ - why have not Mr Bush and prior leaders been brought to justice for their crimes against humanity; or let alone KSA for starting this war?

it was illegitimate government , the term ended one year before the uprising , how you consider the government that refuse holding election 1 year after its term end an acceptable government

that justifies mass rebellion and taking over of capital through use of force? that is classic terrorism. houthis are getting what they deserve.

Terrorism means systematic use of force or violence against civilian in order to gain a political goal ... political struggle within a country amongst different parties and school of thoughts can not be called terrorism ... Hadi was supposed to hold election within 2 yeas after 2012, he didn't and then extended his term till 2015 ... he failed to meet demands of people and then resigned .. he was not president anymore ... in the worse scenario it was a political turmoil which should have been addressed through talks amongst Yemenis but was turned into a war by external interventions and addressed by bombs...

that wasnt a political struggle. it was a full blown armed insurgency that fought the military and ran over the capital. if that is okay then so is syrian rebellion. btw, are you high?
