Does this mean over time there would be more and more countries in the world? South Sudan, Kosovo, Montenegro are some of the newest countries. Donbas, Iraqi Kurdistan, Turkish Kurdistan are some of the aspiring new countries.

PKK is a terrorist separatist group, there is no Turkish Kurdistan only Turkey.

I wonder who want to pay for so much referendum ,I'm sure these much administrative fees and logistic fees for so many referendum and the additional fees that come after them will bankrupt the global economy.
