The ugly Truth !!

@SarthakGanguly @Ravi Nair Your opinion ,
my die hard capitalist friends !!

Not a hardcore capitalist :P

But I acknowledge that Free market capitalism itself is fraught with problems. But out of all the economic systems that we have, Capitalism comes close to representing the Human condition and the most realistic system.

Even when Humans where in more eglaitarian Hunter Gatherer tribes, There were winners and losers. The clubs have been exchanged for suitcases and suits. But the mentality remains.

We are still in a sense hunters and the best of us will always reach the top of the pyramid.

Whilst success should be encouraged, excesses should be curtailed.

Just as we have freedom in religion, freedom in thought so it must be in economics.

As deplorable as inequality is in India right now, India has put more strides in lifting the poor than it did during the Fabian socialist era.

And the fact that nearly all pure socialist countries have met with failure.

Let me tell you another interesting fact: most people will ignore this thread like the plague. It's a lot more interesting bashing each other for the wrongdoings happening in each other's countries than it is to debate about how such a small number of people came to practically rule everybody else.

Because it is probably too depressing.

Much easier to bash terrorist Muslims or pee drinking Hindus.

This is the Human condition. I can bet you in a thousand years things will be the same.

This short video is a superb description of world inequality as a result of capitalism. MUST WATCH!

socialism was blessing that unfortunately Ayub Khan, Zia-ul-haq & then Shareef biradran just dint let flourish, had Pakistan sided with USSR in 1948, Pakistan would have been a much better place. here bro let me tell you , the USSR was interested In Pakistan believe me,, when the U.S was not even interested in us, but our selfish ignorant curse of a leadership choose the U.S led capitalist camp & rejected the USSR ! only then did the USSR went to India, trust me bro had the Rawalpindi conspiracy succeeded & MAJ Akbar Khan would have taken charge of the country, Pakistan would have been one of the most industrialized nations of the world today, there no bigger curse in the history of Pakistan then that Ayub kutta

we can't do anything about it. This is what it is and it will remain so for unforeseeable future.

The only way is that Asia joins hand against these Rich people and not let them dictate the rules. Asia + Africa = win win

Asia needs resources to flue the economy and Africa has it. In return we help them build their infrastructure and give them better solution then so called " world Bank" & "IMF" .

Hehe :D I ain't a capitalist. I try to follow the Middle Path(like Lord Buddha )

A little bit of socialism is good. Education and a little less focus on religion is always good. Certain limits need to put on a capitalistic society to prevent excesses. But then there are socialist excesses as well. So a more compassionate and balanced way is the way to go.

And yes - the video is really depressing. I will tell you a true story in a short while.

Since I don't understand the economy much, I can't offer a viable solution/alternative. :(
You have any ideas mate? :)
