That is a confusing statement.
Synergize with whom? is this inter army, between different military arms or with armies of other nations specially the ones in Afghanistan?
I guess it is about inter-military. Talking about PA and PAF regarding operation against Taliban in KPK and if so, i totally agree. This surely is true.

i would say this is jumping to conclusion without know the facts. We have observed and have now known how PAF have been working in tandem with PA against TTP. I am guessing it was about that and if so, it was right.

Vision of conclusion of operations, he reiterated, we are not there yet, more work to do to achieve final objective of fully peaceful and prosperous Pakistan - 4

after reading the entire press release i believe He made the statement keeping in view the success of Pakistan army in Zarb e azab. militarily operation zarb e azab is a success which could be measured through assessing the reduction of terrorism incidents in Pakistan.
