It is almost impossible to put a price on some of treasures unearthed。:D

Worth tens of billions of yuan at least。

.
Liu he became the emperor about 150 years after Emperor Qinshihuang, but about 50 years before Caesar.

When He was the emperor, Chinese Han Empire had defeated Hun and dominated the vast areas ,extending from pamir to Japanese sea, from Lake Baikal to Vietnam.
At that time, either Vietnam or North Korea was one of its Provinces.
And Rome was still an Republic.
the population of Han Empire was 60+M .

When Liu he was the emperor, Japanese were still tribes..
about 100 Year after Liu He died, the most powerful one of Japanese tribes accepted Han empire's Suzerainty . CHinese Han Emperor authorized the tribe head to be " The King of Han's Japan".

Han Emperor gifted "Gold Seal of Han's Japanese King" to the Japanese tribe head ,as the proof of such a authorization.
the "Gold Seal" was founded in 18th Century in Japan and now exhibited as one of Japanese most precious culture relics.

Unfortunately, Qin shi huang tomb is never unearthed but I respect the government decision not to touch our ancestor King tomb and let them live in peace.

North Korea now was also a part of Han Empire.

The grandfatehr of Liu He, Emperor Hanwu Di,annexed acient Chaosun Kingdom in North korea now and set up 4 prefectures there.

then north Korea kept to be a part of Chinese empires for almost 500 Years ,until the last prefectures was conquered by Acient koguryo kingdom in 5th Century.
In 5th century, Chinese Jin Empire collapsed because of the invasion and rebel from Huns and other nomadics.
the collpase of Chinese Jin Empire in fact was quite like Rome Empire.
First, Huns and other nomadics were defeated by the empire Grand army and relocated inside the Empire as the mercenaries/ally of the empire.
then, the great empire fell into civil wars , the Huns and nomadics took the chance, rebeled and occupied the capital of the Great empire.

After Chinese Jin Empire collapsed in early 5th century, the Chinese prefectures in North Korea struggled for survial for decades alone,,just as Rome people left in Britain did in 5th century after Rome empire collapsed and Rome legions retreated .

When Liu He was the emperor, Vietnam was also a part of CHinese Han Empire.
in fact, 200 years after Liu He took the crown ,the first recorded convey From Rome Empire to China landed on "Rinan Prefecture",which is in center Vietnam today.
According to CHinese history books, the Rome's convery was authorized by Marcus Aurelius, the Rome emperor at that time.

At first, Vietnam was a part of The Namied Kingdom(203BC-111BC).

The Namied Kingdom was set up by one former Imperial offical ,Zhao Tuo,after Chinese Qin Empire collapsed .

In 111BC, The Namied Kingdom was annexed by CHinese Han Empire, ruled by Emperor Hanwu DI, the grandfather of Liu He.
Thus, Vietnam,as well as the other part of The Namied Kingdom, became a part of Chinese Han Empire.
For the following 1000+ Years, Veitnam kept a part of CHinese empires ,until Chinese Tang Empire collapsed duirng the 10th Century.
However, after Vietnam became independent, the other part of The Namied Kingdom have still been a part of CHina, which is Guangdong province ,Guangxi Province and Hainan Province today.

is it because there are many traps in the tomb or that they have not found a way to preserve the items should they open the tomb?
