The Time of the Kurds to get independence

Independence from who? You have been divided into your creeds and linguistic backgrounds and you "choose" to divide yet when you migrate you leave your same backgrounds in a ditch and assimilate into a new and totally alien existence. So yes, Independence from who? Because some of you could have been "liberated" by West and be living in a de facto colonized state and would have been just happy. So yes again independence...

China should actively and openly support Kurdish independence in Turkey.

Turkey being a well known state sponsor of terror deserve to be broken up.

Turkey is a jihadi cesspool.
China is just returning the favour to Turkey for hosting East Turkestan movement in Turkey and legalize illegal uyghur from China. As long as Turkey do not outlaw East Turkestan organisation, we Chinese do not see why Kurd independent movement like PKK shall not be supported by China. We can easily transfer a billion dollar, sell CH-5 UCAV, sell them large stockpile of our Type-56 rifle or RPG.

You Turkish are messing with the wrong country. :D

The Iraq and Syria situation is very unlikely here
Iraq was destroyed by US and its army recreated and the new army faces various terror groups which resulted in Kurdish rebels controling their dominated areas. In Syria the civil war allowed these rebels to again control the kurdish dominated areas thus creating an autonomous state that spans between two nations however turkey is a very stable state with a strong economy and democratic setup and an advanced military. With these factors the prospect of Kurds attaining separation from turkey is very difficult if not impossible. Intact I highly doubt that when iraq and Syria deal with Isis the west will happily say 'alright now that Isis is gone dont mind the fact that huge parts of your land are now under the autonomous and independent state of Kurdistan. I know its tough but we all have to give'. As both nations start gaining land they will try to bring all autonomous regions of these nations under their control.

1/2 of turkey belongs to Kurds, 1/4 of turkey belongs to Armenia, the final 1/4 of turkey belongs to Greece. Turks deserve no land, if they want they could make Antartica their homeland.
About 100 years ago Frenchs, Greeks, Armenians, All English legions, Italians and Kurds tried this.
And they learned how to run like a cheetah, and how to swim like a dolphin to escape thanks to our great soldiers.

And look at this chinese. I understand why their *** burning like a hell.
Our amazing ancestors ! I love you very much !

Kurds were duped by the french and british after WW1. A kurdish state might favour some and might be dangerous for others. But the middle east must become stable. And kurds have a vital role to play in that respect with or without a state because they have gained autonomy in iraq and syria which cant be rolled back.

.
Well they might get independence in N.lraq but that's it...after that the other parts will be a wet dream nothing more nothing less..i mean they can't even control their so called kurdistan in N.lraq^^ They can't even pay peshmerga etc.....they earn money from oil sales but they have to sell it through Turkey and 3 weeks ago PKK sabotaged Turkey-N.lraq pipeline :) they destroyed it....so ironic :D

People adress kurds as if kurds were a single entity.. in fact even the most radical pkk supporter kurds in Turkey hate Barzani more than Turkey.

Just like how shia arabs hate sunni arabs more than Iran. But of course nobody gets it.
PKK is a racist, terrorist group and Barzani is dictator who takes his power from his clan. Good luck establishing stability with these people.

Like Iran or Turkey would gift wrap them their Kurdistan? Unless maybe USA is planning more of its ''freedom & democracy'' missions in Iran.

As for Turks, I doubt it. Knowing Turks, they would rather kill or be killed before handing over their territory to PKK. USA and its allies would love to see both sides fighting to death. After all we know which small nation in Middle East gains from this chaos.

although I agree that USA is partially responsible for the mess we're in...

as recent Attacks in Lebanon, Turkey and France has shown, nobody is gaining anything from this chaos.

according to Putin, USA have the means to bring ISIS to a financial choke...
I'm inclined to agree, our allies could've done more

But let's be honest, 18 trillion dollars of external debt... America still haven't paid the costs of the second gulf war,
last thing they want is for the oil prices to rise.

It's the Western powers who are supporting the Kurd's self-rule in the Middle East (a trend that started a while back), not that I expect someone from Turkey to criticize them.
We do... always.

They've dropped off weapons to YPG in broad daylight. That was inexcusable.
We know they've been supporting PKK under the table too.

it's a precarious situation. But sooner or later they'll come to understand that they need Turkey in a strong position if they don't want Russia to step into the middle east. Which is happening

Not likely, and there are way too many parties involved who would never agree to this i.e. Iraq, Syria and Iran.

They have gained autonomy in Iraq ., in Syria they are operating independently .. Its just a matter of time .. Iraki and syrians both at their weekest times and looks like situation will mot improve for them soon

Historically speaking they will never achieve independence with force. They tried that often and every single one of them was crushed with relative ease. That aside, they really dont have the sovereignty to declare anything. Kurds never had any empires or state in the past. And just like Turks today, they arent native to modern day Turkey.

Besides they might have some autonomy in Northern Iraq, but that doesnt mean Iraq will stand idly by and do nothing will they take land. The Iraqi goverment expressed many times that they wont allow any independent Kurdish state, cant imagine that the Syrian regime thinks otherwise.

Last but not least, they gained some ground on Iraq and now most recently Syria but if they think they can handle Turkey and Iran, two of the most powerfull countries in the middle-east then they got another thing coming.

That won't be for a long while yet. :enjoy:

Relax though, we have no designs on supporting Kurds against your Turkey.

Ask the average Turks about the west and they will tell you its the most evil corrupt hellhole on this god forsaken Earth.

What country? That artifcial country you created by invading and annexing countries that historically dont belong to you in any way? Piss off man, be gratefull you people are allowed to have an ambassador in this piece of heaven called Turkey.

. .
Tibetans and Uyghurs need their countries back.
Kurds need an independent state. :D

Really? Use a mirror and look at yourself and you will see that devil is yourself. Talk about annexing, that is why the kurdish fights back against Turkish.

They can fight back as much as they want, they have as much claim to this land as China does to Mongolia, Tibet and Turkestan, so none. Kurds were never historicaly bound to these lands, contrary to Tibetan's and Uyghers. Dont compare your artificial commie state to ours. Dont. You. Ever. Dare.

By the way, get of your high horse, China cant do jack shitt in Turkey. Know your limits and your place.
