The Russian & Syria government behind the ISIL Because ISIL working against rebels. As Rebels gain area the ISIL automatically advance against them for Example Nusra Front link with Alqaeda terrorist group & Ahrar Alshaam defeated Syrian Army in Deir Alzuor. but ISIL attacked on Deir Alzour and expeled rebels from dier Alzour. the interesting point was that one side ISIL & another side Syrian Army, Alqaeda/AHrar were in Deir Alzour. Syrian Army bombing on Alqaeda Positions.

Now Syrian Rebels Groups supported by Alqaeda advancing In Daraa & i think Rebels captured 95% area from Syrian Army. But as per information ISIL is preparing for attack on Rebels in Daraa.
