It's 4 cargoes I am talking about . The overall spot cost on average is higher not to mention the spot rates were much higher at that time.

Pakistan got the best LNG rates as well for other cargoes less than Bangladesh and India in the same time frame as well.

The spot LNG they bought will cost upwards of 30Rs just in fuel cost let alone the inherent cost of production.
