what is the count of Hafar bomb in this configuration ....??
I think apart from the sidewinders, rest are all CBUs.what is the count of Hafar bomb in this configuration ....??
yaap but what is the count of these CBUs ....I think apart from the sidewinders, rest are all CBUs.
Isn't PAF ingenuity amazing, the French designed the drop tanks just to carry some iron bombs.yaap but what is the count of these CBUs ....
Indian formations of armour, Infantry and artillery would operate under umbrella of SAM like Akash and QRSAM which will make close air support task very challenging for PAF.Cluster bombs can decimate any formation ...
No armour can move these days without firt getting complete air cover/air Superiority
Stand off ammunition of 60+km and 120+glide jet bombs will make most of the sam useless..Indian formations of armour, Infantry and artillery would operate under umbrella of SAM like Akash and QRSAM which will make close air support task very challenging for PAF.
BTW anyone have any idea about the status of QRSAM of India is it operational ....???
My dear, these stats look good on paper, when the shooting war starts, just one good hit puts the other side off balance.... even the much flaunted AWACS capability, due to close proximity of the two countries, even they will be struggling with incoming and outgoing traffic.Indian formations of armour, Infantry and artillery would operate under umbrella of SAM like Akash and QRSAM which will make close air support task very challenging for PAF.

Its ultimately going to be PAF vs IAF battle...
IAF so far has advantage but PAF is lucky that IAF suffers from operational issues like pilots deficiency and air sorties of MKI..that india is addressing rapidly
That is why I have maintained that PAF needs a out of cycle(platform replacement) injection of 100 odd JF17s on an emergency basis. This thing will start in the air. if PAF can blunt the attack, then the ground or naval elements will never take place. A bit like Battle of Britain, except now it will be Battle of Pakistan and the Indians take the place of the NAZI's( no suprises there).
They really do need to up PAFs resource levels more than what they have now to blunt the big fighter advantage that IAF has.
