Yes Pakistan holds point 5353. India tried to retake it but failed and so GOI claimed they had never had it to begin with so its capture is no longer necessary. This despite the advantage it gives Pakistani Army in the sector. :)

lets say you guys have it under your control .. Can it justify the international humiliation which u guys had to undergo when your NLI soldiers dead bodies had to be buried in India cause your army echelons wont accept them out of shame ?

how about thousands of dead soldiers ! and forever blotting the kashmiri struggle movement if there was any to begin with ?

the utter shamelessness was evident when u guys gave the dead soldiers some random awards posthumously although never had the guts to claim back their bodies :D

Any proof for this??

This topic will lead only to a slinging contest of who won and what really happened. Pointless.

Yes it is very believable that Indian Army would drive out Pakistani army which was left without any support from each and every sector except one peak of super duper strategic importance.

Seems like propaganda to me.

Even if Pakistan got 5353 during ceasefire agreement it would have come at the cost of concessions made else where.
After all every ceasefire agreement favours the victors.Looks like Pakistani Army is parading the only concession they got in ceasefire agreement as some sort of "victory" and the Pakistani masses are lapping it up like they usually do.

May Pakistan have many such victories in future :D

Point 5353 has been discussed many times. OP, there exist many threads on Kargil on this forum. Do some search, you'll find answers to your question.
