Russia and China are allies, so you opening a new thread just to insult Russia is quite weird and rude.

Dirt poor? LmaoRussia is dirt poor nowadays. They have lost the discipline they once had.
I can bet you haven't visit most Chinese cities...Dirt poor? Lmao
Dude go visit their cities to see how dirt poor they are. I visited them so you too should.
Yes I haven't and I agree Russian cities maybe less developed in comparison but they are definitely not dirt poor. After all we are talking about a former super power ,a highly industrialized country and still a major global power.I can bet you haven't visit most Chinese cities...

Actually despite vast land and huge resources. Russia location and position are extreme disadvantage for development. They are far from popular and easy access location. Extreme weather hamper development.Yes I haven't and I agree Russian cities maybe less developed in comparison but they are definitely not dirt poor. the problem with Russia is not a financial one but a priority one. Russia is a nation with a HUGE land mass BUT with a population that is less than Pakistan's population, almost 1/3rd. I'm being metaphorical but at that point, it becomes an question of should we spend billions to develop a given region that is the size of texas but with a population less than bhutan? the western world whines about increasing population being a problem, Russia needs to increase its population.
Russia definitely need to import some pakistani men to solve their population problem.the problem with Russia is not a financial one but a priority one.
