If we are to assume that its gravity which is holding water in a curve (with round earth mode) and bending its surface in perfectly smooth sphere (as shown above), but we also know that earth is not sphere, why the water is not bending inwards or outwards in relation with the earth crest?

This is retarded and it would serve u well if u didn't blindly believe just anything and instead verified things and studied things for urself.

It's just like if u were to make a pie chart to represent something...should that pie chart now be considered actual pie?
