Manufacturing is different this means that we now have more technician trained to do the task. The manufacturer labour is not used in overhaul.

First overhauling is a difficult task once done successfully means that jet is now fully war time machine. Although this is the second jet overhauled the first jet was done in China the second is done here in Pakistan.
