The Crisis in Europe: 3 million migrant arrivals expected in Europe by 2017: EU

Let me ask you, why? Why in this age of modernity and age of information, why is this still happening?

I have met so many beautiful , kind, and lovely Muslims in my years in this life. I have befriended an Imam when i went to study at UC , and when i studied at Rutgers for my PH.D. I been to inter-faith gatherings between Muslims, Jews, Christians in college campus. Why is it that this cannot bee done in the Middle East?

Why? Please.
I have no clue, if even someone who managed to become a doctor joins isis then i have absolutely no clue whats going on to be honest.

You are very confused.According to international law refugees should be received if they come from war torn zones but they are coming in Europe from safe countries such as Turkey.A refugee is a refugee up until the first safe country, after that he's an illegal immigrant.Such is the case with the rable poring into Europe looking for hand outs right now.
I understand that part. But how can you tell looking at a person who ended up in a country whether he came from a safe country or not? You are really expecting just the border countries of Syria to accept all refugees and wash off your hands? That would just end up making the border countries also unsafe countries in future, when the limits are pushed.

.
We can talk about fighting isis with you when you share a 900km border with Syria, lets see who is gonna play the hero first.

I'm not blaming Turkey for not fighting the Daesh when the EU and NATO aren't. You have much more to lose (and potentially gain)

That isn't true.
Prove what you are saying and better not some news reports, articles or bullshit you individually believe in. I don't have time for it.

You want me to prove something which doesn't exist?
Fine - as repeated ad nauseam on this forums Turkey is the second military power in NATO. If it was fighting the Daesh in any serious form the later would cease to exist.

Since this isn't the case, it means that either Turkey isn't fighting, or Turkey was defeated.

.
So much ignorance, be it Japanese or Turkish or other members. I am talking about this thread in general. I am leaving this lol

Because you really can't come directly from Syria into Europe.Yes,as per law it's the duty of Syria's neighbours to accept refugees. If they can't handle it ,there's alwyays the rest of the Ummah who can act as a hotel, not Europe.

Only because isis says they have a codex doesnt mean its the truth, those are the words of terrorists after all.
It is not just based on ISIS's claims. There are independent news reports which seem to suggest the same. Even terrorist groups should follow some code to keep their following. Terrorist label is based on the kind of militant activities they perpetrate. All sources seem to say that ISIS does not harm people who follow their laws in their territories. They may be terrorist but that does not mean they are deranged serial killers.

Turkeys lack of motivation to fight isis is the same as the rest of NATO with the plus of sharing the border to the conflict zone while having a big but fragile tourism sector.

Ummah and Europe have equal responsibility. And technically there is a way from Syria directly into Europe.

Still doesnt mean their codex is islamic or righteous, in fact most islamic clerics clearly say their doings are against the islamic teachings (well, mostly).

And for that Asshad must be gone.
That is a different problem. Right now refugees are the issue. If Assad can offer safety to all Syrians, then it is not our business to see what is going on inside the country.

I'm a humanitarian person myself and i'd be all up for receiving them, but, you see, many of them have "short fuzes",hate us,and tend to "blow up " eventually.

Then these clerics should demolish the ISIS's logic than simply giving categorical statements that ISIS is not Islamic. That would help stem the flow of fighters into ISIS. Clearly youngsters are getting draw to ISIS because they relate ISIS's principles to their religious beliefs. There should be some counter narrative to their logic and propaganda. And that can come only from religious people.

I totally understand that. There is a huge risk for European citizens. All I am saying is that this is a good opportunity for EU to do what is right and be a model to the world on humanitarian crises like this. Show the world how to host them, despite the risks and how to send them back in an orderly fashion. May be they will stop hating you.

As long as people don't get shot dead attending a rock concert i really don't care if they hate us.They can hate us all they want from behind a fence, just like a chained rabid dog.
