China should have decoupled from US during the trade war when China had great global good will (dumping US treasuries, pulling out of US assets, nationalizing US businesses in China, seizing US assets in China - each in response to further draconian policies by US on China), and US would have been seen as a bully. I have difficulty of laying out an offensive strategy, I can come up with some favourable defensive strategies for China. Offensive is what China needs in the plans, I can't think of any.

Offensive would be Made in China 2025. Mine 16 Psyche. Do things to promote Chinese interests, that are not aggressive.

Here is an offensive strategy. When China dumps 3 trillion in US holdings, announce that China is starting a yuan based 0 percent lending to OBOR members using that 3T, for buying up their debt/loaning out money in this time of need, like for Italy. Use 500B USD for this and keep the rest.

Is this a joke? LMAO China is a model of efficiency while India is still plagued with brownouts.

No doubt, the New World Order wants India to replace China as the docile manufacturing hub of the world. They will encounter another reality when they have to deal with India's shitty infrastructure and an undisciplined and scammy workforce.

Also, foreign companies taking their manufacturing out of China will not end China's capabilities in that field.
