Has anybody heard about cannibal tribe of Pakistan?

In 2000s in the times of Pres Musharaf when the tourism was in rise a group of Girls of Islamabad College for Girls student had gone northern Pak to explore the country, apparently in North of Chitral Valley near Wah Khan towards Skardu they heard about this tribe.

The tribe is in a very very remote that there is no road nor a human footpath way exists towards the tribe. The locals r scared to go towards its apparent direction in fear of getting eaten by them and the reason for this is that nobody ever came back from that particular area where they belive tribe lies.

In Pakistan if u r to believe such people may exist because of unexplored remoteness of Pakistani areas specially in northern Pak and Baluchistan. Even in concordia there r certain peaks yet to be measured and named because of difficult terrain and remoteness.

Also there is a group of Kalash people who eat their dead after a certain time for cultural reasons they believe in.

So is this possible to have such a tribe in Pakistan which is not a well developed and isolated country, where tourism occasionally rises? Has anybody heard about them?
@krash.........

Or it is just a local myth, legend.

Im not talking about Psychos.

Im talking about certain group of people who have been cut off from human civilization that they consider anyone who comes in their perceived territory is an intruder and they will take care of them in anyway they know is best ie either to eat them or spare them.

lol bro, not true at all. These are just myths from olden times. The supposedly cannibalistic tribe's name was Pisacha. The Mahabharata says these people sacrificed humans and calls them raw flesh eaters. The dwellings of these people have reportedly been found but there's no proof that they were cannibalistic. The part about the Kalasha isn't true either. I wouldn't pay these stories too much attention.

Regions which are very remote often have different myths about them. The remoteness tempts human intrigue, superstition and the thirst for making up grand stories and at the same time denies any easy way of confirming or debunking these legends. For example:

1) A kid abandoned on a mountain somewhere in the Hindukush grew into an 'animalistic' monster and ate anyone who ever went up that mountain.

2) Purlee; a demonic creature which lives in a cave before Malika Parbat's base-camp, comes out at night, steals sheep from nearby villages and eats them. Has been reported to have killed and eaten people as well.

3) The abominable snow man, yeti or big foot of the Himalayas.

4) The fairies of Saifulmalook.

5) The Titans of the Deosai planes.

I can remember at least a couple dozen more extremely bizarre myths about different places up north, of course none of them are true.

ps: Chitral, Wakhan and Skardu are quite far away from each other and none of these falls on the way from the 2nd to the 3rd. Whoever told you this story didn't know his/her stuff.
