The body for third project 06361 submarine for Vietnam is assembled / docked on Admiralteyskye shipyard, Russia at the end of February.

According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Russia would help Vietnam in submarine building and crew training.
And if I understand the news correctly, the next submarines will be built by Vietnamese shipyards.

“Within this year, the two countries’ common effort is to open a new page in the history of development of Vietnam’s navy,” Shoigu, who started his visit to Vietnam on March 4, said.
