The Biggest winners of this Sweden crisis are no other then the US and UK

They are already over-commited to defend extremely weak countries as hired mercernies and overburdened and I mean weaker nations like Estonia, Lativa, Etc etc and the third twin. NATO refused adding Ukraine because it was a massive burden and they know adding Sweden and Finland is a major burden even bigger then Ukraine..

I believe they are behind the tensions and seems like they have succeeded because they can't say to Sweden and Finland we outright deny you entry but the truth is they don't want to because they will stand to lose. Finland is not defendable and the same for Sweden and it would be like adding another baltic states on life-support it doesn't benefit them and all it does is over-expand them.

The US does not want to expand the organistation because it has already reached full limit because they know they will have to cover eventually the entire finnish border and not the finns themselves? British, Americans will die on that hill eventually not finns and they already have an expanded teatre and way way over expanded adding two vaste countries in size but with tiny populations is not a big win for them in their POV.

What? Why would we not add them into NATO?

If Finland and Sweden are "not defendable" then it seems the US would be even more eager to have them join NATO as trying to push the Russians out of them after-the-fact without unified backing would be even more difficult.

It's not like the US is going to sit idle if somebody invades Sweden...a developed country BTW.
