Rich & poor have little to do here. Maybe being rich adds to the cultural gap.

If I was really rich I would not stoop to the low level in the treatment of my workers. If I was a marginal businessman or farmer trying to survive I can see how my treatment of employees might be hard

I have lot's of arab friends from saudi arab, they have their oils business every where. What they say, is, we respect power and money. Because that is what runs the world. One of my very good friend is highly impressed by Mittal and he started his own industry in jeddah related with steel manufacturing for petroleum.

So I guess they are less muslims according to you
