Seems like their capabilities is limited though.

If this is limited capability then ALLAH knows what is their full capability. But in the end who cares as long as it is a common Pakistani and his children being killed be it because of VVVVVIIIP (very very very important p*******d) protocols or TTP scumbags. It'll be far easier for these TTP/Daesh terrorists to malign and exploit a 'Western Slave Army dictatorship' than it would be to malign an elected democratic government.

The military simply does not have the capacity to implement the kinds of far reaching long term reforms that are needed on the civilian governance and law enforcement side.

It needs to be done to quarantine the entire region. Too many people are in posetion of automatic weapons. It's hard to tell when will they blow head gasket.
