Look OP,
It is not right for your teacher to judge you and have this mean attitude towards you because your lack of hijab but you need to ask yourself a few questions as well.
Firstly, ask yourself that are you a Muslim? If yes, then what it means for you to be a Muslim? Do you love Allah dearly and what it means for you to love Him?
If you are a Muslim and love Allah dearly, then know that your relationship with Him should be based on submission and humility. How can we love Allah and reject His commandment at the same time? Just count the blessings He has bestowed on you, just ponder that how little He is asking in return for His favors and on top of that He is offering an everlasting Jannah for the little you'll try to give Him back. Allah loves you dearly, He created you alone and He knows what's best for your survival, happiness and joy in this life and in the next. Once you'll come to terms with these realities then your heart will open for His commandments. You will start to feel the real joy in submitting to Him.
Hijab or Pardah is something Allah has made compulsory in the Quran for the Muslim women owing to their honor, beauty and vulnerability. Don't let other fool you that your liberation lies in stripping of your clothing. Have confidence in Allah and put your trust in Him. If all the world gathers to tell you that Hijab is evil, it should be enough for you that Hijab is something Allah wants you to embrace. You have to choose between Allah vs society and your desires. At the end of the day choice is yours. None can force you.

Sorry I can't sacrifice my personality nd be submissive to such people's demands .

I don't wanna do hijab cause I don't feel comfortable , I don't wanna waste my youth in covered clothes .

How are you sacrificing your personality?
Why don't you feel comfortable in a simple hijab as opposed to more liberal clothing?
How is your youth being wasted by wearing hijab?
What dont you get or think wont get by wearing a hijab that you think your entire youth will be wasted?

I love Allah and I know he will accept my hijab and my deeds whenever I will do it for him, Allah is no judgmental and strict like these mean people . . Rest is between me nd him .
These mean people have no right to judge my character or religiosity .
Its not like I never do covered clothing , I do it when I'm outside but not in university as I feel it's an educated environment and I love dressing up for university and cause I've too much dresses that I want to use .

Stop complaining . start enjoying

no one can take your smile away from your lips, unless you let them.
