''Water Gun'' vs. Mullahs.

Police said the girl, who was playing water games with her male and female friends in a park in eastern Tehran, had been “violating the moral codes.”

My three friends and I were in a park playing with water guns with some other people. Suddenly someone told us the police were coming and everyone ran away but two of my friends and I got stuck there. We thought the police would just give us a warning or something, but they beat my friend up, pulled her hair and arrested her because she argued with them.

They can’t take millions of Iranian women hostage just because they do not accept this strict dress code.

The interview with one of those girls:

Isn't it the incident that two police officer get sacked for, because of unprofessional behavior ?

Mullahs vs. Non-Mullahs.
as far as I'm aware somebody (I don't knew who) wanted to close the establishment but was stopped before managing to do that and the establishment still provide service

If you read my posts in the first page, you get the fact that Mullahs do follow systematic oppression and ''elimination'' by all means against anyone who is not Mullah.. alive or dead.

Are you happy with this?

Taking advantage by touching, grabbing, and groping her.

As i know prostituition is widespread disguised in ''Muttah'', and such irrationalities/''moral'' codes are intentional excuses for systematic conversion of that in order to mask it with ''Islamic'' adjective.

Why mixing personal religion with state enforcement never works and eventually leads to rejection of religion.

Much better practicing muslims in states without enforced so called Islam versus these “Islamic republics”.

Yup, this is true, state enforcement should only handle bad action that is written in Quran like having sex before married, stealing, corruption, killing etc. There shouldnt be any moral police enforce to handle (minor) personal action where its punishment is not even regulated in Quran. The state should not behave like God and should only do what has been written on Quran, not taking personal action to be put as their authority. Personal action like whether a female want to wear hijab or not, do prayer or not etc is up to her choice, there is no moral police ever existed during our prophet rule.

There is prophet hadith saying that make Islam as easy, and dont add anything in Islam.

Yup I think mutah is baseless and can be regarded as zinah. This is the thing that I dont like in Shiah.

What will state do? Read minds to handle sex before marriage?
When the prophet himself advised discretion on the matter and only acknowledged an offender after his insistence that he be punished.
Otherwise it was never a priority of the state nor task.

The same goes for praying, dress enforcement , alcoholism and so on. The state can regulate availability of intoxicants, finish off avenues to engage in corruption, theft and murder.. but it is night impossible to think that the Madina state was ever interested in micro-management of muslim lives.

Guidance and assistance was the state’s focus, not fear and punishment.

Actually it is difficult to handle zinah case since there should be 2 men witnesses or 4 female witnesses. The task of the government lies on banning the condition that can lead to wide spread zinah like banning message shop, prostitution, and pornographic spread on media and public spaces.

Yup, as I said before based on Quran the state can only handle public crime/wrong doing and not personal crime/wrong doing. State, for instant doesnt have any authority to enforce women to wear hijab like happening in all of Muslim countries that currently apply Shariah law. Praying and drinking is also a personal act that cannot be interfered by state, but state can ban alcohol sales and production.

If Shariah law is applied as it is, not added by man made regulation that even not existed in Quran and hadith that limit personal freedom, I think people will like and prefer shariah law than secular law that is made by Westerners.

Currently, it is estimated that only 75% of people living with HIV know their HIV status. Countries are looking for ways to rapidly increase uptake of HIV testing services, especially for populations with low access and those at higher risk that would otherwise not get tested. One approach is HIV self-testing, where a person collects his or her own specimen (oral fluid or blood) and then performs an HIV test and interprets the result, often in a private setting, either alone or with someone he or she trusts. In 2016, WHO published the first global guidelines on HIV self-testing, in which HIV self-testing was recommended to be offered as an additional approach to HIV testing services.

For God sake.
Can you see where he is touching her? And that is her father pulling her and beating her to police vehicle?
Are you crazy? Or will just blindly justify anything instead of accepting a wrong?

what are you guys talking about? It was the girl that hit the man

seriously? Like seriously?
Do you folk even have a bit of shame?

Every single irani here trying to justify the vile and perverted act of a man? No wonder the women feel so oppressed in your country.

2,000 new morality police units in response to women's hijab protests

2,000 new morality police units in reaction to what officials call an “increasing defiance” of the compulsory wearing of hijabs.

The move comes amid a growing backlash by women in the Islamic Republic, hundreds of whom have been arrested for taking off their head coverings in public in protest at the law.

A recent study by Iran’s parliament showed that up to 70 per cent of the female population would like to see the relaxing of laws on the mandatory wearing of headscarves, while 30 per cent accepted it as part of the national culture.
