The army /FC should guard the outskirts of the kalash valley not inside it.
Army brings in development, education??? lol if that was the case then army should have been in Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan building all new colleges and whatnot after floods.
The governments authority failed in tribial areas that’s why army was brought in.
We have been neglected by the government and army as well.
Their useless coups serve as remainder to that.

As far as you taking the idea of Army bringing development lightly, you only need to go into Swat valley and beyond, or in parts of Balochistan and ask the locals what they think about Army's efforts. At the end of the day, the Army is not in the business of doing upliftment work, yet it does it and a fairly decent job of it too if the Fed. Govt allocates funding to it for this work.
