India can win world cup to be honest

Indian cricketers like Kohli, Arshdeep, Erasmus etc are working hard in evey match to ensure that
If they win this WC, he should be Indias player of the tournament

Why do Pakistani's when they lose blame corruption, BCCI, weather, ground, groundsman, umpires, a player, politics and finally they blame their own TV and smash it up ?????

We'll see, but I don't think Indian team is good enough to win the cup

I agree if this world cup was played 10 times then India would win maybe twice at most. There are better teams however this is T20 and in T20 nearly anything can happen on the day. So India has a chance, no more than that.

We break our TV's cause they're Old AF, it's just an excuse to replace our old TV
Never seen a nibba breaking an LCD have we...

If you are genuine you break LCD not Sony TV from the 90s

Besides people are smiling anyways when they're breaking TV it's a joke

Not doing this 😂, playing with his Bhavna bhabhi

Shudra players
Why spoiling a cricket thread, man ? There's plenty of other ones here where you can have a go at Indians and caste system etc.. check Drizzt's stuff, that's literally all he posts about, Brahmins, Dalits and caste.

Anyway, shudra used to mean nothing more than those who work with their hands, so artisans, painters, musicians, bricklayers, construction people, dock workers.. and sportsmen = sudra.

Vaishyas = traders, shopkeepers, businessmen

Kshatriyas = warriors, police, armed forces etc

Brahmin = Priests, study scriptures, solemnize weddings, bless newborns and so on

There you go, caste system 101 and nut-shelled, you're welcome.

This WC is shit overall, due to rain spoiling so many matches and causing players to slip, potentially can cause injury
I think india can win it, provided kohli and sky maintains their forms. More and more seems like eng and nz can qualify easier.
From our group I think SA and India pretty much qualified and nobody can upset anymore….

I really hope we can see NZ win wc this time as they’re a good team along with the aussies and england. India is good too but these are aussie pitches….

Bangladesh will always lose to India either it is in the ground or what happened yesterday. there were several incidences
Seems not

Following Bangladesh's five-run loss to India on Wednesday, Nurul Hasan has claimed that the on-field umpires had missed an incident of "fake fielding" from Virat Kohli, which could have resulted in five potentially crucial penalty runs for Bangladesh.

The incident in question took place in the seventh over of Bangladesh's chase at Adelaide Oval, when Litton Das played the ball towards the deep off-side field off Axar Patel. As Arshdeep Singhsent in the throw, Kohli - stood at point - feigned a shy as the ball was going past him. At the time, it went unnoticed in the field as the on-field umpires, Marais Erasmus and Chris Brown, didn't take action, and the Bangladesh batters - Najmul Hossain Shanto was the other - didn't point it out.

Nurul mentioned the incident while talking to reporters after the game.

"We all saw that it was a wet ground," Nurul said. "Eventually, when we talk about these things, there was also a fake throw. It could have been a five-run penalty. That also could have gone our way, but unfortunately, even that didn't materialise."

Cricket's Law 41.5, pertaining to unfair play, prohibits the "deliberate distraction, deception or obstruction of [the] batter", and if an incident is deemed to be a breach, the umpire can declare that particular delivery as dead ball, and award the batting side five runs.

The replay could be interpreted as an attempt at deception from Kohli, given that Arshdeep's throw from the deep passed by his right hand at the same moment that he motioned a relay throw. ESPNcricinfo understands that the ruling, which needs to be made by the umpires in real time, is about the attempt to deceive the batters, rather than them actually being deceived.

It was one of three incidents that put umpiring in the spotlight during India's narrow victory over Bangladesh. The first flashpoint came in the 16th over of the India innings, when Kohli, believing Hasan Mahmud had bowled two bouncers in his over, signalled a no-ball towards umpire Erasmus after top-edging a pull towards square leg.

Kohli's gesture was upheld by Erasmus, who then found himself standing between Kohli and Shakib Al Hasan, who had made his way from the covers. A conversation ensued for about 90 seconds before the two players hugged each other and walked away.

The second incident came when the umpires approached Shakib, near the dugout, about play resuming following a rain break at the end of the seventh over, at which point Bangladesh, on 66 for no loss, were 17 runs ahead on DLS.

Shakib first knelt down by the boundary's edge to get a sample of the wet outfield, before continuing to talk with the match officials. Rohit Sharma, his opposite number, joined in the discussion, but Shakib's animated gestures suggested that he was not satisfied with the conditions.

Later, in the post-match press conference, Shakib didn't elaborate on the matter.

ESPNcricinfo has reached out to the Bangladesh team management for a comment on all three incidents.
Bangladesh will always lose to India either it is in the ground or what happened yesterday.

it was clearly seen how Rohit was trying to influence Shakib. i would say it was Shakib who agreed to play, and when umpires were talking to him they were probably asking his consent.
what the hell was Rohit doing there, interfering the conversation. it was not his decision to take or to convince Shakib. same time it came to my mind Shakib will do blunder if agree to play until ground is good enough, he will lose.
they always play under extreme pressure from India and it is not just in the ground.

Why spoiling a cricket thread, man ?

this what you need to tell your fellow country men who habitually spoil every thread.
