A person is not a SYSTEM.
Presidential system does not mean it will start and end in one person. Parliament will still legislate, bureaucracy and police will perform governmental functions and law and order, and check and balances but president dont have many road blocks about policies and how to execute.

New system is needed but it should not include anyone from opposition parties like ppp,pmln and juif and members of govt who are not performing well

System is a machinery, people work it. You can't eliminate all the bad people, that will happen on the Day of Judgement, so we should act like common weak people and not like God.

Seemingly sensible people as soon read one word of critical opinion they shoot first and dont even question afterwards....
If you have read a bit more carefully you would have noticed one reason IK is tied up is because of parliamentary system where he has a razor thin majority and blackmail from allies and cant take effective reforms so a presidential form of govt is ESSENTIAL where top experts can be ministers because they dont have to be MP. Experts can give better advice too.
It is other thing I think BAJWA will be an excellent president.
One last advice, dont worship anyone, and I am saying this metaphorically before you start jumping the guns.

there have been several military dictators and all of them have failed miserably and did an irreversible damage to the country, the next military dictatorship will fail as well, given the puppet govt which is already a semi martial law, i dont think military would make a bigger mistake.

If we compare tenure of dictatorship and democracy we see economy situation was better with dictatorshp as compare to democracy every time.

the democracy was long gone when ayub dictator eliminated fatima jinnah and east pak broke off, today the democracy is just a face mask of the dictators who control and engineer elections and make their favourite people become the head of the country.

People should have good morals but even good people cannot self regulate themselves all the time so a system is there to regulate all affairs. So what is a system?
1. A three tier governmental structure - a) central b) provincial c) empowered local bodies.
2. Major state institutes like, judiciary, police, tax collection bodies, bureaucracy, etc. They should be free from political interference and merit based hiring.

At the top tiers, Parliamentary system is dead for Pakistan. It is run on the bases of lies, use of police and patwaris, and black mail. A president on direct vote will be free from these pressures. IK can do good as president but I have doubts about his political acumen and decision making (now PTI folks will start firing from all salvos), General Bajwa will be an excellent president provided he could come as civilian. The guy has 30 years experience of running world's 6th most powerful army, is a statesman as he has proven to get UAE, SA, towards Pakistan, chinese also speak with him.
His vast experience and mild manners is what Pakistan need during this time of internal divisions.

That's what I have emphasized. There is no method rtn available in constitution but when system will start collapsing Judiciary and establishment will find a solution. Judiciary can order a referendum.
