In remarks made during a special interview with the British daily, The Sunday Times, Assad was quoted as saying: “We sent them [PYD] armaments, because they are Syrian citizens, and they want to fight terrorism”.

According to the full text of the interview, which was also published by Syria's official news agency later, Assad said the regime had documents to prove its support for armed groups such as the PYD.

“The Kurds are fighting the terrorists with the Syrian army, in the same areas... [They are supported] mainly by the Syrian army, and we have the documents.

“We sent them armaments, because they are Syrian citizens, and they want to fight terrorism.''

''Turkish PM: Syrian regime, Daesh, PKK made deal against opposition

Davutoglu says terrorist organizations agreed with Assad regime on sharing Turkish border

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has said that the Syrian regime, Daesh and the PKK made an agreement in May to attack the anti-Assad opposition forces and share Turkey's border with Syria.

"Daesh, PKK and the [Syrian] regime sat around a table on May 28 in Hasakah [in northeastern Syria] and reached an agreement to attack the opposition," he told a live interview on private Show TV channel on Wednesday.

Davutoglu stressed that Daesh and the PYD, or the Syrian Democratic Union Party, also agreed with the regime of Bashar al-Assad during that meeting to share the Turkish border.

PYD is a Syrian-based affiliate of the PKK – considered a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU.

"The reason we did not shoot PYD is not its innocence; we will do it if required. We will do what is necessary for Turkey's safety," Davutoglu said.
His remarks closely followed the summoning of American and Russian ambassadors to the Turkish Foreign Ministry''

''Only 9 percent of Russian strikes target Daesh, Presidential Spokesman says

Presidential Spokesman İbrahim Kalın on Wednesday said that only 9 to 10 percent of Russian airstrikes in Syria targeted Daesh, while the remaining 90 percent targeted moderate opposition forces.

Speaking at a press conference, Kalın said that Russian airstrikes mainly targeted the moderate opposition forces and Turkmens rather than Daesh.''

PYD is not a terrorist group
now it became an important resistance group
supported by European countries too
even USA asked them to help the rebels in some parts of Syria

you're quite alone being anti PYD now ...

. . .
kid answer but what to expect from islamist Erdogan fanboys in this forum :D
“We have said ‘The PYD will not pass to the west of the Euphrates. We’ll hit them if they do.’ And we did hit them twice. It’s not possible to do anything in Syria despite Turkey,” Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu told private broadcaster A Haber late Oct 26.''

And few days ago:

“Turkey is ready with 15,000 troops and tanks," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan replied to a question about Turkey's possible reaction against the Democratic Union Party (PYD) in the event of any untoward moves.''

Let me see your PYD terrorists with all the support of vultures you've mentioned in your post.

Let me guess, the turks have a satellite image of the round table the SAA, Kurds and isil struck a deal on. What a load of shit once again from the turks. At least there's real evidence of turkey supporting Isis.

I don't understand. Your government is claiming that Assad and ISIS are allies and then you say 9 to 10% of Russian attacks are against ISIS. Why would Russia hit Assad's allies? Does your government think this through? Or do they just like saying whatever comes to their mind?

I don't care what vultures do or think.
Eagles fly alone and never in flock.

''Daesh and the PYD, or the Syrian Democratic Union Party, also agreed with the regime of Bashar al-Assad during that meeting to share the Turkish border.''

I am not sure, if you can read but they allied on sharing the Turkish border on May 28 in Hasakah it says and there was no Russian bombings back then. On 28.5.2015 comes the deal and on 14.10.2015 tells about it Turkish PM and still no Russian bombings.

Then after all these, Russia starts bombing and claims loudy that they are bombing ISIS but somehow only 9 to 10 percent of bombs fall on ISIS and the rest 91 percent of bombs fall on civilians and Syrian opposition, especially on those around Turkish border.
Strangely PYD also claims to oppose Assad but no single Russian bomb falls on them but instead ammunition is what falls and Assad now also says he gave these weapons and claims it is documented.

Why would Russia hit Assad allies (ISIS) 9 to 10 percent? Ask Russians that and their intelligence reports on where Russian citizens, who became ISIS members, are.

First what did @Hussein say?

''supported by European countries too

United States (is NATO itself) on top, openly is the biggest supporter of PYD(YPG/YPJ/SDF/PKK) then those states in Europe, (most of those are also NATO members) also support PYD.

So Turks are acting alone, that's why I said that.

As you could read in my post:

"The reason we did not shoot PYD is not its innocence; we will do it if required. We will do what is necessary for Turkey's safety," Davutoglu said.

Let's see how your master, Russian envoy describes an eagle flying alone:

''Russian envoy said Turkey’s actions were unexpected to the US

Though, of course, they cannot in our presence criticise their ally - Turkey, but it was clear that in fact they were not happy with the actions Turkey had undertaken. I have come to the conclusion those actions were unexpected for the US, which is strange in fact, which once again proves Turkey is an unpredictable player, which may undertake actions, which may not only cause protest among the Iraqis but which may bewilder the US"
He said the situation around Turkey’s deployment of the military in Iraq is worrying.''

Then Robert Fisk:

''What needs to be remembered about Turkey that it is a state with an independent spirit. This is not a coincidence.''

Simply, your argument is invalid when US (is NATO itself) is openly supporting PYD.

So, are you saying that Russia dissolved the Assad-ISIS alliance by bombing the latter?

No, until now Russia contributed a lot to such alliance with giving weapons to PYD and with the remaining 90 percent of airstrikes targetin moderate opposition forces on Turkish border.

Well, it is a wet dreaming after all.

“Turkey is ready with 15,000 troops and tanks," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan replied to a question about Turkey's possible reaction against the Democratic Union Party (PYD) in the event of any untoward moves.''

I am not talking about PYD, I'm talking about ISIS.

You claim that Assad and ISIS were allies.
Then you say that Russia is using 10% of its airstrikes againts ISIS (Assad's ally). So, I am wondering, is the Assad-ISIS alliance now dissolved? Even if I believe all of your statements, it has logical contradictions.

.
I am not talking about PYD, I'm talking about ISIS.
You will have to talk about it since an agreement reached between PYD-Asshead-ISIS to share Turkish border and keep FSA out. Keeping FSA out is somehow working in some places but sharing Turkish border that's a wet dream.
is the Assad-ISIS alliance now dissolved?
I see no point to repeat it.

Let me try to explain this to you again.

As per your government and yourself both below are true,
1) Assad and ISIS are allies
2) Russia, the ally of Assad, is bombing ISIS, the ally of Assad

Do you not see the contradiction here? Even if Russia is bombing ISIS 10% of the times, this would still make no sense right?

They're definitely not allies but they don't fight each other much. ISIL concentrates on the Kurds and the other Islamists while Assad (minus the Kurds) does the same

I don't understand. Your government is claiming that Assad and ISIS are allies and then you say 9 to 10% of Russian attacks are against ISIS.

Don't you claim that SA and assrahell are secret allies? Well, it's that kind of secret alliance.
