Tomorrow hopefully I will reply overseeing 5 major projects for the company, dividing my time between three computers at my table, my brain feels like khichri right now.

In short security of any offshore/offsite storage facility with encryption in their control is like keeping my cash on a table in neighbors sitting area, only we can be that stupid.

If they really to enter Pakistani market, they should locate their data-centers in Pakistan and all data of Pakistani members should be stored inside Pakistan.

It's basically a data server managed per your dynamic computing requirement by a third party service provider.

Previously one used to maintain a data server in house but most the time hardware would go to waste as they wouldn't need as much computing power except in peak times.

Here service provider provides you with all the hardware but only charges you for computing power you use dynamically. Hence the benefit for the companies.
