Eniga experter: Det var Ryssland - DN.SE
Swedish authorities published a report on the incident involving a mini-submarine
with a length of up to 10 meters in October.
The Commander in Chief confirms that there was a mini-submarine.
The submarine has been spotted by a number of individuals.
The photo taken, also published on PDF, has been analysed and shows
the submarine blowing out air as it dives.
Divers have secured evidence of the submarine hiding in crevices on the bottom.
The most important evidence is the sensor data from ships patrolling the area.
This latter evidence is not made public, to not advertise the capabilities of the Navy.
While the report does not name a country, the assumption, in the light of Russia's recent
agressive behaviour is that it was a Russian submarine.
The end result seems to be that argumentation for joining NATO has become more commonplace.
Now both the big morning papers have regular columns ridiculing the public stance of the current
minority government (which may be forced to resign before the end of the year)
