Swara Bhasker faces flak from Pakistani fans and artists for calling Pak a 'failed state'

Failed state is a failed analogy...done and dusted...

India is a failed state and a bad host.

A good analogy from Quora...

According to “Fund for Peace”, a failed state has following four characteristics.

  • Loss of control of its territory
  • Erosion of legitimate authority to make collective decisions
  • Inability to provide public services
  • Inability to interact with other states as a full member of the international community
None of these characteristics exist in Pakistan. The government is fully capable to control its territories and there is not a single piece of land where it has lost control. If you don’t know what is loss of control, look at Afghanistan where more than 50% of land still remains under control of Afghan Taliban.

Pakistan has an active parliament, judiciary and military. Democracy is flourishing in Pakistan and media can freely criticise bad moves of the government. If you don’t really believe in what I say, try watching some Pakistani tv talk shows on Youtube. Our judiciary is very active and it is evident from the current high level cases against ruling party’s leadership. National Action Plan against terrorism has been agreed upon by all stakeholders of the state including the government, military, politicians and the public. In recent decades, terrorism has become a global phenomenon. USA has failed in Afghanistan but Pakistan is the only country so far to be successful in this regard. The number of killings due to terrorists attacks have decreased from 11704 in 2009 to 1082 in 2017[1].

If Pakistan was a failed state then these hindutva scumbags from the world's largest open toilet won't be so obsessed and worried... we reply them on each and every front and ...just yesterday we dispatched two of their BSF terrorists into the hell for violating the cease fire.

India's caste system has enough anomalies, fault lines, discrimination, prejudice and divides the humanity between higher caste and lower caste untouchables...enough reason to make India a failing state and what entails due to that caste system are even bigger failures.

- The quota's for SC/ST/OBC caste in education and govt. jobs shuts down meritocracy in these institutions, as high as 80% quotas in some cases, enough reason for failure of institutions and hence country.

- The region and religion divide, more intense than in Pakistan, here it is minimal, in India it is very intense, north Indians hates the south Indians, Tamils hates the Keralites and north...so on and so forth, huge fault lines here.

- The communal divide and violence, India ranks as number one in communal violence between Hindus and Muslims(Gujarat massacre hundreds more), between Hindus and Sikhs(check 1984 Sikh massacre), Hindus and Christians(check the Orissa Christian killings about 500 killed in few weeks).

- About 40% of India is under Naxalites, Moists and other big insurgencies and Indian govt. writ is minuscule there...in Pakistan there is none, FATA is now under Pak control. Enough reasons to make India a failed state...

Destroy India's Caste System Before It Destroys India

The urgent need to end the decadent practice of the caste system before it ends up destroying the social fabric of India.

The cycle of violence against Dalits continues unabated. A string of attacks on Dalits, a term used for the disadvantaged community treated as pariahs by society, and the people belonging to religious minorities across Gujarat, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Madhya Pradesh has not only tarnished India’s image abroad, but has brought into question successive governments’ inability to root out the decadent old practice of the caste system, even after 69 years of independence.

Caste system is the integral part of the hinduism and it benefits the Brahmins and other upper castes people. They will never abolish it and since the upper caste hindus literally control the so called secular India, I see the caste system flourishing and expanding until the lower caste hindus unite and put up a resistance against this centuries old oppression.

Woman like Swara can only be a star in India, in Pakistan my maid was better looking than her

You missed something
  1. You lost East Pakistan and call our side of Kashmir as occupied
  2. You have only one authority who you cannot name, which makes unilateral decisions
  3. Does public service include supply of electicity and drinking water ?
  4. Remember it is June and FATF strictures are going to be applicable

Yes no escaping from the caste system, entangled and strangulated in the caste system Indians majority have no hope, for the masses it is a kind of apartheid system, inequality breeds contempt and hate, quotas not withstanding, on the contrary quotas for lower caste breeding lack of meritocracy and 'sub chalta hai attitude' failing the institutions.

Yes Caste divide is a part of Hinduism...it will remain there till the end of times or till the end of civilizations. India will always be like this even with higher growth rates, all the dividends are going to a select 5-6% of the population. India will always remain a country with 'few islands of wealth, in a sea of poverty and despair'...no escaping from it.

Yes true about east Pakistan, Indian sub, lost even a bigger chunk of India's land, so it is a bigger failure, east Pakistan is just 17% of Pakistan land area and true if they decided to be independent...fair enough, by that premise Russia is a bigger failure and Great Britain is the the biggest failure of them all, relegated to a tiny puny small island smaller than one third of Pakistan.

Democracy is functioning and more importantly Judiciary and Media the four main pillars of state are going strong...I would rate judiciary here stronger than in India, in India it is pliable and can be manipulated by people and their choices....can give many examples. If institutions are getting stronger and working...no threat of a failure of state.

Public services like gas supply, electric supply, water supplies, sewerage and other utilities are all working, the electricity supply outages has been controlled to quite an extent. Natural gas supply to households is much better than in India, and Pakistan ranks number one in world in CNG run vehicles about 70 lacs run on environment friendly CNG. Ranks better than India in sanitation(not mentioning the open defecation)

FATF is just one of the hundreds of treaties which Pakistan is a member...one trade barrier too many...and still it is not implemented.

1 - Loss of control of its territory (Bangladesh is not our territory). Kashmir is somehow YOUR territory which goes down under curfews and frequent media blackouts, you have stationed half a million security forces. I don't want to mention Assam here.
2 - All the amendments in constitution come from Parliament be it 18th or 21. (Take note and dig deeper)
3 - If you are not aware, ask others don't act like headless chicken (Water purification plants installed all over the country provide clean drinking water free of cost) and whoever has electricity connection and pays the bill gets electricity.
4 - We know what would be the outcome of FATF, when the "Civilized" Countries can bomb a whole country to ground on the pretext of WMDs, FATF is a minor decision we all know why !

So that's what we get in response to our hospitality and love... Is it the same actress who was so full of appreciation for Pakistan and then because one of her films has been banned in Pakistan, the bitch abuses Pakistan...WTH...She should never be allowed in Pakistan again. #BanIndianContent

In the end, liberal, secular or Sanghi... a Hindu remains a Hindu.

Remember this. Your previous generations remembered this. Today you don't live with them. So you don't know.

Correction: It's not just part of Hinduism but also integral part of secular constitution of Hindustan, which defines who the backward, low cast or out cast people are.
It's the opposite.
Caste system is Hinduism. Hinduism as a religion is just apartheid. Any self respecting progressive nation would have actually banned it. There is no philosophy that improves life in it.

Many people here mistook Dalits to be of lower caste, aren't they out of caste/out of Hinduism and hence called 'untouchable or achoot. The lowest caste in the four Caste are the Shudras or Sudras and lower caste makes about 80% of Hindu population with about 5-6% Brahmins the highest caste and lowers down to Kshatriyas, Vaisyas and then Shudras...so in reality Dalits and others SC/ST/OBC are out of caste and out of Hinduism...

...any Indian can elaborate on this.

Partly correct. The Hindu system does not lead to emancipation. Even untouchables are only out of the society, not the 'exalted' Dharma.

It's actually heinous.

Plus, believe it or not. The Dalit Hindus hate us as much as other Hindus, if not more.

Hate whom...the Indian Muslims??they are as much marginalized as the Dalits if not more, and they don't have the quotas in education and in Govt. jobs, ghettoized living for Muslims there with some exceptions.

Can you categorically say that Dalits are out of Hinduism and out of any caste.

No it doesn't and u know shit .
It only talks of schedule caste and schedule tribe and backward classes for the purpose of social upliftment these weaker section of the society through reservation in education , job and public offices etc .

BTW backward classes also include many muslim groups who enjoy reservation as backward class Hindus.

Indian constitution is the most humane and egalitarian in the world with rules enshrined in the constitution constitution to politically and economically empower the weak and poor section of the society .
