Bro everyone request for sources, and i agree with this principal, but the problem with soyrces is how they the performance is evaluated.

You can't use compétition to rank any special force as this is not real scenario.

We can rank them simply by evaluating according their main aim : rescue wirhout loosing hostage... How many forces can claim to have the best hostage survival rate ? But even then situations are not same but at least the main indicator is the hostage survival rate during missions..
I may be wrong but with all sincerity i think very few forces have high level hostages survival rate...

Look bro. You are living in Europe. There is one main rule "Final Kill Shot", that means last tool to secure life of hostages or police.

Guys, i'm Pakistani citizen living in France for more than 30 years. And i can assure you that GIGN, RAID,GIPN and BRI are among the best, the well equiped and the best trained inthe world if not the best.

French special forces are indeed among the best, well equipped/ trained in the world. However to say they are the best in the world....hmmmm.......not so sure.
