I am a diabetic myself. Trust me there is no remedy against diabetes expect insulin, medicines given by your doctor and healthy life style. Other than that do what ever with the bhindi in the water or eating karela. Nothing happens. SO PLEASE DO NOT KILL YOURSELF OVER THESE TOOTKAS. DO WHAT YOUR DOCTOR SAYS
