This is very good news. The JF-17 is in full demand and our dreams are coming to fruition. Not only is our air force one of the main users, but it is also triggering others to buy this insanely bang for buck platform. JF-17 is the AMD among fighters. Worth every buck.

Now the Iran news is pretty much solid as Azerbaijan. Iran plans to start talks in 2019 and is already working on payment method with China.

If Iran went to purchase JFT then it will take Chinese route of FC-1 to avoid issues.

Technically bit different as JFT have western systems too, FC-1 don't offer that. So Iranian JFT/FC-1 will be pure Chinese tech based bird, which will be different from Pakistani JFT.

JFT/FC-1 sale profit is distributed as per share of both countries so it's not issue who sale it.

Sudanese Air force visited JF-17 at ideas 2018 and showed keen interest in the multi role fighter jet.

The word is that UAE and Saudis might financially back their purchase of JF-17 and give them advance capabilities for counter terrorism opps.

Not sure why they are not displaying all sort of external stores, in the Past SD-10, anti runway, mar-1 etc were displayed and no guided weapons ??

The weapons were displayed at Chinese air show. At IDEAS 2019 weapons were displayed separately inside the complex at stalls because every company was displaying its own weapons.
