They can carry nuclear Cruz missiles and tubs that can carry special forces in and out of the sub. The dolphin classe are longer then the average German submarines they have been built by specific demands from Israel and some Israel features are installed in them. Those sub resample U212/U214. It like f16 sufa (regular f16 on steroids). But unlike Egypt and turkey and Greece Israel naval forces is only used for defence Israel economic water and not use for invading force (but surly there are covered and stealth operation)
