Give'em time dear friend, after all they did give make america stand up and look, when the announcement came for fielding hyper-sonic missiles, Avangaurd (hypersonic glide vehicle - HGV), Khinzal (air launched hypersonic missile - ALHM) and Burevestnik (nuke powered missile).

india ain't no Russia, heck even Soviet Union don't come close to what Russia is. In time the world will know how resilient and powerful Russia really is.
