I must agree...when out numbering us 28 to 1....with F 16 and AMRAAM....you will manage to shoot down exacly one Mig 21.Didn't end well for you, did it?

Previous IAF strategy was to use MiG-21 as a delaying/diversionary tactics till reinforcements reach from Punjab or Haryana.
But it was later realized that this is not effective in short skirmishes as enemy jets may leave soon after taking a few pot shots.
Hence now Su-30 MKI will be directly stationed in Srinagar.
All jokes aside, after the humiliation of Feb 2019, the IAF and the entire Indian Military looks to be getting ready to move up the escalation ladder very quickly.
They may not be as good as the claim, but they will drill on a few key strategies and missions to claim some kind of victory in any upcoming conflict. (Similar to the Egyptians and their Sagger ATGM and integrated Air defenses during the 1973 war after the defeat of the 1967 war)
This is why the PAF needs to get a decent number of J-10CE and a large number of JF-17 Block 3, as well as upgrading the Block 1 and 2 to the Block 3 standard, ASAP.
We should give up trying to get the F-16s, because the US will probably drag it out for years, when it could be too late. Besides, the J-10CE now has a decent domestic engine, and this is the best time to go for at least 36 in an initial acquisition.
Expect the Indians to be training with more of their allies with F-16s. By March the Indians are expected To have 17 Rafales.
we should not underestimate the Indians, because if they suffer another military embarrassment, they will lose much in the eyes of their domestic audience.
Yup. After 27 they got beaten in Galwan, still they claimed victory which means they are desperate for it. So they need a real victory to whitewash all those previous facade victories..we should not underestimate the Indians, because if they suffer another military embarrassment, they will lose much in the eyes of their domestic audience.

I meant the claim killing 60 Chinese soldiers. Anyway, Chinese see a large and long term objective. The current retreat can be marked as defeat or better sense, it is up to you.the chinese have completely vacated Galwan and taken back their tents...nice way of looking at 'defeat'
The title is suggesting that. Amway, it was mirajes from both sides who did the job. Let's see Su-30 role in coming days.
@Windjammer @The Eagle
I wish Mujahideen could take some Su 30s for us

@Daghalodi
Man,,, it is funny but Abhi is a good soldier. He didn't shoot civilians which he could with his gun and surrendered to them upon getting hit with stones. Too bad he still got a severe beating from locals but Glad Pak army saved him.
50 ghatak troops on standby to kill them
That is a new revelation but we are derailing the thread. But if preparation/foresight was of that level, Ghatak soldiers cd have carried a go-Pro.We predicted

BARCAPs are waiting for you to try...introduction of Su 30 means the intent to penetrate deep into Pakistani territory and carry out strikes/ attacks.
Replacing a single engine fighter with a dual engine, bigger, bulker fighter when tejas is made to replace mig21s? Does these even make any sense man? Stop fooling yourself yar. You're migs21 are flying coffins tejas is worst than shit thats why migs are still flying and being replaced by bigger jets.only because we're replacing Mig 21 with Su 30.
