Every one needs to know how to protect itself what is wrong in that ??? and it is the basic right of the citizen to have a legal weapon ??? even the USA provide that to its citizens ...There is nothing wrong with that

What is positive from the War on Terror is that now we know where are our loop holes and where is the security issues in our country we are trying our best to improve on that ... pakistan army is ready they are in real training mode they are not silent army sitting in barracks they are ready to fight any war as we are already in war..
And now the citizens would be trained as well ...

that is the 1% negative part of that .... 99% is still positive .... it is not just the weapons but the basic training how they would protect themselves and fighting techniques as well

These activities or any other possible implications of this will have a blow back on us,nothing for you to worry about.It's not as if we are giving them military training,basic training is necessary for every one,in my school they did basic drill's,which is what they are mostly doing around the country.So chill.Take a deep breath.

You're right. It is required, But in a disciplined way, like NCC and stuff. Not in some schools.

BTW, don't you think it will make the job easy for terrorists and organisations, because then they would not need much training for their new recruits.

Pakistan already hold a decent guns per capita that too despite the fact that in Pakistan not even 10% of the guns are registered.

it would be safe to assume that Pakistan like USA,hold the biggest per capita of guns in the world.

Societry which still cant define terrorist but trained to kill them
instead arming them with impartical education .. right quran interpretation .. which far more lethal to tackle any guy who wan to use religion for persona;/political gain..
today pak issue was started in 80s when they used mujahid brain showing USSR as terrorist and traing them gun ..
now pak traing own men for gun who whom .. ?
who will decided who is terrorist.. ?

I thought everyone already knew how to use a weapon in Pakistan. I was shocked to see to see my 9yr old nephew shooting at a weeding in Punjab. I stayed more than 2 acres away from that rascal just so if he made any mistakes. Kids should not be carrying guns at all. Notion of that superiority make them unpredictable and dangerous to society for there own greed.
