Strongly rejected! India says no to Pakistan’s claim over Jinnah House; says it belongs to India

There was Raj Kapoor's house in Pakistan which is in ruins, and India or the Kapoor family never claimed.. Pakistan has no authority of any properties in India. Another unnecessary attempt by Pakistan to claim Jinnhas' house, which is inside India.
this is useless millions left india and Pakistan in 1947 how can someone claim a property in other country .

Fine, Bharat can forget Katas Raj temple. We'll build a nice, big meat processing factory over the damn thing.

You are already doing it...
Hindus were 15% in 47 now they are less than 1%
So your hate towards other religions is obvious....

Why?

Jinnah's old house in India means nothing to us. Katas Raj temple means something to a lot of Hindus in Pakistan.

No one knows about Katas Raj temple in India except a few thousand people tops. What you do to places of religious worship of minorities in your country is your business.

You seem to know what one speaks like...

Legally the property belongs to Nusli Wadia as a grand son of Jinnah he should own the property . I dont know how can Pakistani govt holds any claim on the property

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nusli_Wadia

No, it does not.

Legally, the property belongs to the Central Indian Government.

Indian government has contended that Fatima Jinnah inherited Jinnah house as per 1939 will of Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Fatima Jinnah even obtained a succession certificate from India in 1962. But after the passing of the enemy Property Act of 1968, the property belongs to the Indian Government.

While one can argue that there are flaws in Indian official position and that Enemy Property Act is not applicable to Jinnah house, Nusli Wadia, being a non-Muslim, still cannot inherit property from Fatima Jinnah under Indian Muslim Inheritance laws. The rightful heirs, as per law, will be the sons and grandsons of Fatima Jinnah's (and Jinnah's) sisters (Muhammad Ebrahem etc.)

Wrong...
Even after migration there were 15% Hindus...

By 1950, almost 4.7 million Hindus and Sikhs, and 6.5 million Muslims had exchanged places. Mass Migration following partition resulted in a sharp decline of Hindu population in Pakistan (And Muslim population in some states of India). As per 1951 census, Hindus made 1.6 % of (West)Pakistan's population. Today they make 1.8 - 2 % of the total population.

It may not mean anything to you but it means a lot to me .

Jinnah house is Pakistan's cultural property and there's no way in hell India has any rights over it.

Why?

Get over material things and maybe one day you can understand the wisdom of the revelation that Allah swt sent to us.

I bet If Jinnah were alive today, he wouldn't give two shits about that house. That is why he had a house in Pakistan and was buried there.
