Strategic Food reserve

Does Pakistan maintain a strategic food reserve? Many countries maintain an year or two supply of basic food ..just in case crops or supply line fails..Or to lower food prices within people's reach if they go too high,as government can release cheaper food from strategic reserves.

Looking at the current price hike..soon most people wont be able to buy basic food,as it will be too expensive.

Should Pakistan grow and store food on war basis? Currently meat prices are higher in Pakistan than most European countries and Australia.

Pakistan needs to tackle this food crisis and quick..what says you?

Grain reserves are kept in storage depots outside all major urban areas but this food security thing is an archaic notion now.
