There are 5 flights per week from Delhi to Kabul and Kabul to Delhi nobody is stopping them.
The only people being stopped are many Afghans wanting to come to India, but hey, they are in charge and good luck to them.

There are no flights going between Aghanistan and India. They are asking India to resume flights to Afghanistan.

You are right . That was the schedule with the previous govt. It is the Taliban begging India to restart flights and guaranteeing their personal protection. They are also requesting India to CONTINUE their investments and projects in Afghanistan.
They want to restart trade between the 2 countries.
India will make its own mind up, in time, but I suspect first will be the flights.
In any case Afghans that wanted to return can fly to Qatar and connect to Kabul. Qataris would even pay for this, being such close friends of the Taliban
They have also informed Pakistan and India that Afghan land will not be used for the Kashmir fight.
They have been categorical to Pakistan. Do not use Afghan land for the Kashmir dispute.

We can just leave these Afghans (who want to go back) at the Wagah border and ask Taliban's good friend Imran Khan to take it from there. Why should we risk our planes and pilots to go to Afghanistan?

Every time India says something it is always "begging" within PDF or in this instance complaining. If India buys arms then India is being milked by foreign countries and the arms are all useless and overpriced and wrong ones. If India makes arms they are ALL "useless" "overpriced "very late" and will kill only Indians. If India has IT exports of $80 Billion then this is all from "scams".
IF India's total exports (Merchandise and Services combined) in April-August 2021 are estimated at USD 256.17 billion, a positive growth of 44.04 per cent over the corresponding period of the previous year and a positive growth of 15.79 per cent over April-August 2019. then these are "fake" figures
India according to the PDF is always "begging" .A familiar daily pass time of Pakistani PM's and Ministers where they are always travelling passing from one country to another begging bowl in hand. Mr Tarin just scored another jackpot from the Saudi's and Pakistani's are delighted.
