I feel sorry for taher guy.. he is like a village idiot or probably sentimental guy.. who does not know whats going on..

I see it as an attempt of soft ragging from a TV anchor.

Only the Geo news group can bear/handle a guy like him ; speaks volumes about the channel and the person in question.

To add to the package ,he remained a Minister of State for religious affairs of this Islamic Republic.Even a political party like MQM got rid of him.As far as i could observe he intentionally interrupted his guest (whomever the man was) after giving him a go for entertaining the audience.The guest looked puzzled, hardly knew what's coming next.Any anchor or a singer who've to ask the audience to clap for him just exposes how much grip or hold he has got on the minds of his audience.It may work here where people call laughing at the expense of others as entertainment.Looking at the entertainment industry in Pakistan today i see that they are developing or nourishing an attitude to laugh at others misfortune or shortcomings.
