EJ200 is modern, has a better thrust/weight ratio...
But we don't have Eurofighters, we have F16s... I mean we already have a logistical line for F110s

And EJ200 is a smaller engine, lower overall thrust.
For instance, twin EJ200 engines barely give you the maximum thrust of an F135..
then why not get a single F135 instead? We're already getting F35s right?

Because i want two engined version, it looks cool. and 70.000lb thrust will be awesome.

Just resume the MİLGEM project, it's critical

Navy is building 3rd & 4th MİLGEMs... I think we have time for 5-6-7-8th ships... We shouldnt hurry up for that... In every next ship our national contribution increases... Lets say, if we build all of them at the same time we will put less indigenous systems on them but if we do this job with a good strategic well planned schedule our 8th ship will be so close to 100% indigenous and will be cheaper...

I don't want to be so hopeful coz when it doesn't happen i'm being demorilezed but i want TF-2000 project to be started...

If China deal fails i want ASELSAN to get this project... I never want us or eu systems...

And yes, motor is so important but i think ASELSAN can solve all radar needs... Also ASELSAN & ROKETSAN can put Hisar-A/Hisar-O on the ship... Also naval version of ASELSAN KORKUT, GEZGİN also AKYA, ATMACA, MIZRAK-D, TAI unmanned rotorcraft so on...
