Sri Lanka offers relief aid to flood hit Pakistan

i believe the international community should confine its help to everything except cash, as Zardari Sahab is scheduled to come back soon. And whatever his cronies have left, he will take with him. Helicopters, temporary field hospitals with doctors and medical equipment, tinned food, tents, fresh edible water and other essentials should all be directly distributed to the victims. Otherwise it will all go into private accounts.

though my comment may derail the topic, but still i must say that india is silent cuz its partly responsible for the flood (atleast to the extent of punjab), as they released waters from their dams last month. but in any case, i wouldn't blame the indian government even partly cuz Pakistani governments should have long ago planned for such a disaster and built dams to store flood waters in this season.

This season has been very bad for all. There are 500 families displaced in Indian Kashmir as well. More 1700 Chinese have died in floods.

This is a tradegy and no one can willingly cause such massive damages.
