Solving the Power Crisis -- Peshawar.

.
OMG that `s gonna aggravate their condition NO TOWER=NO POWER right??? ... where are the police ??

Hi, one wonders what basic level of law and order there is in that nation? Not to be harsh, no wonder Pakistan ranks in the top list of failed states consistently. It is simply sad. That nation needs to have an effective police force, and throw the book at offenders. No nation has developed, over the history of mankind, without a stable and strong law and order system, regardless of whether a military or civilian government was in power. Just sad... really sad.

Really shameful,
Our own people are cutting our hands,
almost 50% people in our KPK province and 100% in tribal area do not pay the bill and expect constant power supply.
I wish few of them could be hanged

Hi, the link to the article from Dawn.com basically articulates what is seen in the video. The key quote is listed below. So no one pays their power bils, however they still expect service, and will destroy whatever service the get when they do not get it. Moreover, the police do not enforce the law, and no money is attempted to get collected. Okay does, one now see, why there is a power crisis in Pakistan?

Mr Afzal said repair of destroyed power towers and transmission line and restoration of electric supply would take a few days and urged the people of Mathra to cooperate with Pesco and regularly pay bills.

He said police had registered a case against protesters but had yet to make any arrest, adding that it was premature to say who led protesters.
