So in the clip though Modi says " India missed the absence of Rafale (sic) , if we had Rafale jet with us , then perhaps Result would have been even better ."

Yes , as u can hear him say " To sayad Eshey bhi nateje kuch aur hota " in hindi , and if u see his hand gesture what he meant was if we had Rafale with us then perhaps Result would have been even better .

So far we didn't have a war between two countries because kashmir insurgency was in control and indian military casualties remain within acceptable limit and if it was crossed with frequent IED use as we see in Afghanistan and Syria , indian army will rather prefer a war where it can exact revenge on pakistan military then die like a sitting duck in IED blasts then situation will change very rapidly .
Current Indian public mood is so antagonised against pakistan that it will support a war with pakistan any time of the day irrespective of consequence .

There have been multiple attacks in Kashmir since we shot down your aircraft, captured your pilot and bombed your country.

India can declare a war, as is your prerogative and decision. However, once initiated, the consequences and results will NOT be in India's hands.

In all the past wars, Pakistan's allies abandoned her because it was Pakistan who initiated hostilities, be it 1965 or 1971 but if attacked, Pakistan will not be diplomatically abandoned and militarily we will once again teach you why it was that your army chose NOT to cross the border in 2001/02 even after amassing a million soldiers at our border!

P.S. In a war, Indian soldiers will die by the hundreds and thousands, not merely a few as they do in IED's.
