A year has passed since the brutal kilings of 57 BD army officers (on deputation at BDR). A mock trial ( approved by the current BD government) has started, some poor BDR members are being tried with the intention of doing some "EYEWASH" type operation. The trial procedure has already caused eyebrows to be raised. It's neutrality is being questioned by all quarters.
The common consensus is that some poor BDR soldiers are going to be made scape goats in order to protect the main culprits. The events before and after the brutal massacre clearly tell us that Sk. Hasina and other close associates such as Fazlul Karim Selim, Fazle-Noor Tapash, Mirza Azam, Sahara Khatun, Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Sohel Taj, etc. planned the brutal killings in order to avenge the death of Mujibar Rahman, Tajuddin, A.H.M. Kamruzzaman, Masur Ali, Syed Nazrul Islam, Fazlul Haque Moni, etc. at the hands of some brave sons of the country.
Some misguided BDR soldiers and non-commissioned officers were lured to take part in carrying out the heinous crime against humanity.
Sk. Hasina decided not to attend the annual dinner of the BDR on false excuses. She knew it very well that there would be no dinner at BDR headquarters in 2009 (because she gave green signal to the killers).
Sk. Hasina did not allow the BD army, RAB, or the police to try to crush the uprising. Most retired army officers opined that it would taken less than an hour for the rebellion to be crushed.
Sk. Hasina spent hours together negotiating(!) with the rebels, but did never ask about the whereabouts of the BDR DG and other BD army officers. She wanted to make sure that the army officers were killed, their families humiliated, etc. So, she wasted time gossiping with the rebels.
Sk. Hasina's office did not record the names and addresses of the rebels who went to meet her in her office. Does it not sound jungle rule?
Sk. Hasina declared general amnesty to the rebel soldiers without knowing the welfare of the army officers. In fact, she knew that the army officers were being brutally killed, and their families humiliated, tortured.
Sk. Hasina did not send help to the BDR headquarters as requested by the BDR DG.
Indian TV channels ran news of the killings in Peelkhana before the common citizens of the country. Does it not sound surreal??
Fazle Noor Tapash helped the rebels flee the area by asking the civilians to vacate the civilian residential quarters around Peelkhana. The rebels had nonstop telephonic conversations with Tapash on the 25th and 26th of February 2009.
Sahara Khatun went to the BDR headquarters several times, but did never inquire about the condition of the officers, or their families.
Nanak and Azam met the rebels several times, but did never ask about the conditions of the officers and their families.
The rebels communicated with Selim, Tapash, Nanak, Azam, etc. hundreds of times using mobile phones.
The rebels uttered the following words over and over again while targeting their guns at the BD army officers 'Tora bangobandhu-re marchos, tora Sk. Kamal-re marchos, tora Sk. Jamal-re marchos, tora Sk. Russel-re marchos, tora Sk. Moni-re marchos, tora Tajuddin Ahmed-re marchos, tora Mansur Ali-re marchos, tora Syed Nazrul Islam-re marchos, tora Kamruzzzaman-re marchos, tora KUTTAR BACHCHA, toder rehai ni'. They kept on saying 'Joy Bangobandhu, Joy Bangla, Joy Sk. Hasina, etc.etc.'
The deputy minister in-charge of the Home Ministry, Sohel Taj came to the USA a couple of days before the brutal killings at Peelkhana, but did not return to Bangladesh after hearing the news. He knew what was happening in Peelkhana, he knew it very well that his father's death was being avenged. So, why should he disturb the proceedings!! Sahara Khatun, or nobody from the Home minister felt like asking the deputy home minister to return home when the deputy minister's presence was felt badly. They knew that things were being taken care of to the liking of Sk. Hasina, Sohel Taj, and others. So, Sohel Taj's presence was not necessary.
Not long after the killings Sk. Hasina started to say that most of the army officers that were killed belonged to the Awami League family? How could she be so sure about the political allegiance of the members of the professional army? Then, only a couple of days ago she categorically said that out of the 57 army officers killed in Peelkhana 37 belonged to Awami League. What a statement by a PM!! Shame on you, Hasina! It reminds us of the the saying "Thakur ghore ke re? Ami kola khai na".
Her statements are proofs that Awami League under her directive planned the killings to cripple both the BDR and the BD army. Her father never liked the army. Her father was killed by a section of the patriotic officers who did never seek state power. Sk. Hasina's main goal was to avenger her father's death. She accomplished her goal with support from her BIG UNCLE, Mr. Pronob Mukherjee, the foreign minister of INDIA. She is successfully going along with other goals, the number one being to plunder state money and launder them to the USA, UK, and Canada where her son, sister, and daughter live.
As most of the common citizens of Bangladesh knows Sk. Hasina is liar, a liar of unimaginable magnitude. In a competition of die-hard liars (in the whole world) she may become CHAMPION. Also, she is a foul mouthed woman with little respect for decency. She is a fascist who can not tolerate any opposition. MAY ALLAH BRING HER SENSES, if she had any, anytime in her life!!!
