PESHAWAR: Six people were killed and 25 were injured in a bomb blast in northwest Pakistans Nowshera region on Friday, DawnNews reported.
According to initial information, the blast occurred near a mosque in Nowsheras Akbarpura area. A shrine was also situated near the mosque.
Rescue workers had reached the site of the explosion and wounded were being shifted to hospitals.
